RULES

The Remote180 rulebook keeps every match fair, friendly and easy to run. Read it before your first fixture.

Rule 1 — Respect & Conduct

  • Treat every opponent, organiser and spectator with respect, win or lose.
  • No abuse, gamesmanship or deliberate distraction during a match.
  • Persistent poor conduct can lead to removal from the league without refund.

Rule 2 — The Fixture

  • Fixtures are published in advance and arranged between the two players in the WhatsApp community.
  • Both players are responsible for agreeing a time inside the scheduled week.
  • A player who does not make reasonable efforts to arrange the fixture may forfeit it.

Rule 3 — The Camera

  • Camera on for every league match, showing the board and the throwing line.
  • The board, scores and darts must be clearly visible throughout.
  • If a camera fails mid-match, the match pauses until it is restored.

Rule 4 — The Match

  • Matches are played on DartCounter using the format for your competition.
  • Legs League: best of 10 legs. Sets League: best of 3 sets. Premier League: best of 11.
  • Bull up for throw, standard 501 double out.

Rule 5 — Points & Standing

  • Points are awarded for the match result, with leg difference used as the first tiebreak.
  • Both players submit the score plus 180s, highest checkout and best leg after the match.
  • Submitted stats feed your personal profile and the live league table.

Rule 6 — Promotion & Relegation

  • Divisions are set by average and reviewed at the end of every season.
  • Top finishers move up, bottom finishers move down, so you always play at your level.
  • Organisers may adjust placement if a player's average has clearly moved.

Rule 7 — Minimising Disputes

  • Record or stream your match where possible.
  • Confirm the scoreline with your opponent before submitting.
  • Raise any issue with an organiser at the time, not days later.

Rule 8 — Accusations Process

  • Any accusation must be made privately to an organiser with evidence.
  • Both players are given a fair chance to respond before any decision.
  • Organisers' decisions are final, and outcomes are shared with those involved.
